1.648 — 2026-10-10

• The Options panel's Random Matrix now lists its sections in the same order as the plugin itself: Main, Mode, Tape, Pitch/Chorus, Wave, Tremolo.
• Two Random Matrix rows renamed to match their controls: “Stretch” is now “Warp”, and “Tail” is now “Length”.
• Fixed: In/Out 4X could switch itself on and stay on after a few presses of Random, quietly quadrupling your delay times.
• Fixed: Random no longer re-quantizes the In and Out times it had just randomized.

1.647 — 2026-10-01

• Delay tails now fade to silence instead of stopping dead. The fade amount is the horizontal drag on the decay dot — up to 40% of the tail.
• The decay dot moves in both directions: vertical sets how fast the tail decays, horizontal sets where the fade begins.
• New hand-tuned default patch — INIT PATCH, under Traditional.
• Clearer visualizer: taps dim gradually as Tape Wear darkens them, and the decay and fade lines no longer hide behind the tap bars.
• Tidier automation list in your DAW: 63 parameters, with five renamed to say what they actually do — Length, Tap Flip, Dynamic Smoothing, Pitch Warp Link, Pitch Warp Cents.
• Windows downloads now include an install readme beside the plugin.
